Version of 21 October 2026
This is a translation. Only the German version at www.iweb4u.ch/agb-abo.html is legally binding.
1.1 The provider is iweb4u Aliquò, sole proprietorship, owner Antonio Aliquò, Resedastrasse 8, 9404 Rorschacherberg, Switzerland (hereinafter "iweb4u"). Phone +41 71 558 93 55, email info@iweb4u.ch, VAT number CHE-137.019.655 MWST.
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the monthly plan of the website check for agencies (hereinafter "plan") taken out on www.iweb4u.ch, in all language versions.
2.2 The plan is aimed at web agencies, web designers and other businesses that look after websites for third parties (hereinafter "agency"). By taking out the plan, the agency confirms that it is concluding the contract for its commercial activity.
2.3 The T&C at www.iweb4u.ch/en/agb.html apply to the PDF unlock and the solution book for individual domains. One-off white-label licences, leads and implementation orders are subject to separate agreements.
2.4 Deviating terms of the agency apply only if iweb4u agrees to them in writing.
2.5 These T&C are available in German and in an English translation. The German version prevails, even if the agency takes out the plan in another language.
3.1 During the term, the plan comprises access to the iweb4u partner panel for up to 50 projects at the same time. A project is a client website that the agency creates in the panel. For each project, the website check with all details, the PDF report and the before-and-after report, the solution book with tasks for the team, the history and the quick check are available, in German, French, Italian and English.
3.2 White label: Reports and panel appear with the agency's logo, sender and house colour; iweb4u is not named in them. The address of the panel and the login page belong to iweb4u.
3.3 The agency creates projects itself and can remove them at any time; freed-up slots are open to new projects. Checks are possible without a fixed limit within the scope of normal use. Leads, i.e. referrals of checked third-party websites, are not included in the plan.
3.4 Access: After the first payment, iweb4u creates the agency's account automatically. The agency receives an invitation link by email and sets its password itself. It keeps the login details confidential and is responsible for what happens via its account.
3.5 Extent: The check and the solutions concern the checked address, usually the home page, as well as the files of the domain such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt. Subpages are not checked individually. The PDF report and the solution book are a guide to self-help; the agency makes the changes to the websites itself.
3.6 No promise of success: The achievable score shown in the check and in the solution book is a calculation using the same scoring as the check and is not a warranty. iweb4u does not warrant any particular rankings in search engines, any mentions in answers from AI systems or any visitor or sales figures.
3.7 Further development: iweb4u continuously develops the checker and its check rules. As a result, scores may shift.
3.8 The Progress Guarantee for the solution book under the T&C at www.iweb4u.ch/en/agb.html does not apply to the plan.
4.1 On www.iweb4u.ch, the agency chooses the billing (monthly or annual) and the currency, enters agency, contact person and email address, accepts these T&C and completes the first payment on the Stripe payment page. This concludes the contract.
4.2 The agency receives the confirmation, the invitation link and the invoice at the email address provided.
5.1 In Swiss francs, the price is CHF 34.90 per month with monthly billing and CHF 348.00 per year with annual billing, in each case plus 8.1% value added tax. The value added tax is shown on the payment page and on the invoice.
5.2 Agencies whose registered office is outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein pay in EUR (EUR 34.90 per month or EUR 348.00 per year) or in USD (USD 39.90 per month or USD 399.00 per year), without Swiss value added tax. The agency accounts for taxes and duties in its own country itself, for example value added tax under the reverse charge procedure. If the agency's registered office is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and it nevertheless pays in EUR or USD, the amount paid is deemed to be the price including 8.1% value added tax.
5.3 The plan page suggests the currency based on the time zone of the browser. Outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the agency can choose between EUR and USD before paying. The price and currency displayed when the plan is taken out are decisive. The currency of a running plan cannot be changed.
5.4 Payment is made in advance for the respective billing period via the payment service Stripe, by credit or debit card or with a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe stores the payment method and charges it automatically at the start of each billing period. The agency enters the payment details directly with Stripe; iweb4u does not receive any card or account details. Fees charged by the agency's bank or card issuer, for example for conversion into another currency, are borne by the agency.
5.5 For each payment, Stripe issues an invoice with receipt on behalf of iweb4u and sends it by email. The agency manages invoices and payment methods in the Stripe customer portal, which it reaches from the panel.
5.6 If a charge fails, Stripe informs the agency and retries several times (dunning). If payment is still outstanding after the dunning process, iweb4u blocks access to the panel until the open invoice is paid. The obligation to pay for the minimum term remains.
5.7 A change between monthly and annual billing is possible at the end of a billing period, by email to info@iweb4u.ch.
5.8 iweb4u announces price changes at least three months in advance by email. They apply at the earliest from the end of the minimum term and, with annual billing, only from the next annual period. In this case, the agency may terminate with effect from the date of the change.
6.1 The plan begins with the first payment. The minimum term is 24 months.
6.2 After the minimum term, the plan continues for an indefinite period.
6.3 The agency may terminate the plan at the earliest with effect from the end of the minimum term, and thereafter at any time with effect from the end of a paid billing period, in each case with six months' notice. With monthly billing, this is the end of the paid month; with annual billing, the end of the paid annual period in which the notice period expires.
6.4 Termination is by email to info@iweb4u.ch. iweb4u confirms receipt and the end date by email. Termination via the Stripe customer portal is not provided for.
6.5 Amounts already paid are not refunded, not even pro rata.
6.6 iweb4u may terminate the plan without notice if the agency fails to pay despite a reminder or misuses the service (section 8). In this case, the obligation to pay for the minimum term remains.
6.7 When the plan ends, access, unlocks and the white-label output end. The agency can save reports and solution books beforehand. iweb4u deletes the agency's project data within 90 days after the end of the plan, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
7.1 Access is provided immediately after payment. There is no right of return or withdrawal.
8.1 The agency checks websites of its clients or websites for which it has an order. It uses the quick check for customer acquisition only to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 The agency backs up client websites before making changes, checks suggestions such as page titles, descriptions and company details for accuracy, and uses files and code at its own responsibility.
8.3 The agency does not misuse the service, in particular not for automated mass queries, and does not pass on access to persons outside its team.
9.1 The agency may use the reports and solution books of its projects in its own offering towards its clients, with its logo and sender, and pass them on to these clients.
9.2 Reselling access, circumventing the project limit and offering the checker as a service of its own to third parties outside its own client relationship are not permitted.
9.3 Files and code deployed on client websites may remain there without time limit.
10.1 iweb4u operates the checker and the panel with due care but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work and disruptions are possible, including with third-party services used by the checker.
11.1 iweb4u is liable for damage it causes intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for slight negligence, for indirect and consequential damage, for loss of profit and loss of data, and for damage arising when implementing the solutions on a website.
11.2 iweb4u is not liable for the services of third parties, such as hosting providers, providers of website systems, payment services and search engines.
11.3 Insofar as liability exists and the law permits, it is limited to the plan fees the agency has paid in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage.
12.1 iweb4u processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. In addition, the privacy policy at www.iweb4u.ch/en/datenschutz.html applies.
12.2 For the plan, iweb4u processes the company, the name and email address of the contact person, the username, billing, currency, amount and time of the payments without card or account details, the country of the billing address, the Stripe identifiers for customer, plan and invoices, the projects created with their checks, the time zone of the browser for suggesting the currency, and the IP address when the plan is taken out.
12.3 iweb4u uses this data to process the contract, create and operate the account, handle billing and accounting, inform the agency about its plan and prevent misuse. iweb4u adds the agency to its customer management and may contact it about suitable offers of its own. The agency may object to this at any time by email to info@iweb4u.ch.
12.4 Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe stores the payment method for the recurring charge, issues the invoices on behalf of iweb4u and processes the payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland, in particular to the USA.
12.5 Information about checked client websites is publicly accessible. The agency is responsible for the lawfulness of its checks and for its clients' data in the panel.
12.6 iweb4u retains the data for as long as is necessary for these purposes; section 6.7 applies to project data. iweb4u retains documents relevant for accounting for the statutory period of 10 years.
12.7 The agency may request information about its data and have incorrect data corrected. Requests should be sent to info@iweb4u.ch.
13.1 iweb4u may change these T&C and notifies the agency of changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the agency does not object before the changes take effect, the changed T&C are deemed accepted. If the changes materially worsen the service or the conditions, the agency may terminate with effect from the date they take effect.
14.1 Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
14.2 Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
14.3 The place of jurisdiction is Rorschacherberg, Switzerland.
